My daughter is only seven years old and the other day she started telling me about "jiggly bat wings"- she overheard some older/elderly woman complaining about them at Starbucks and instantly became "educated" on how upper arms should look. I'm a distance swimmer and I'm SOLID and even I have a bit of jiggle on my arms- it's normal! I showed her that and I *think* it landed but it just made me realize how crazy it is, the things we fixate. As long as our bodies are healthy, that's what REALLY matters. It's so odd how we prize thin human bodies, but we don't champion anything else- "thin" plants look unhealthy, thin pets make us worry, thin letters are boring...
